Skoda Auto India has expanded its network to 300 customer touchpoints across 172 cities. This move is aimed at improving access to sales and service for existing and potential customers across the country. A major part of the expansion focuses on Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, which account for 75 per cent of the new outlets. Over the last nine months, Skoda has entered 30 new cities, with 86 per cent of this growth coming from non-metropolitan regions. This step enables easier access to Skoda vehicles and services in previously underserved areas.

Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Skoda Auto India, said: “Our growing network makes our product range more accessible to customers, while enabling smarter, faster service with consistent quality, across the country. With a strong emphasis on ‘growing together and getting closer to customers’, a large part of our expansion has been undertaken with Skoda Auto’s long-term dealer partners in India, while also bringing new partners with a proven track record of customer centricity into the fold. This expansion is a step forward in strengthening Skoda Auto’s legacy in India and delivering on our promise of safety, value, and a truly rewarding ownership experience.”

Skoda’s current product range, including the Kushaq, Slavia, and Kodiaq, has supported its reach into new markets. The Kodiaq has contributed to attracting new customers in cities where the brand had limited presence. With multiple body styles in its portfolio, Skoda is addressing different customer needs.
To support new vehicle owners, Skoda offers a complimentary Supercare maintenance package. This package covers routine servicing for up to two years or 30,000 km, whichever comes first. The initiative is part of the brand’s approach to ease ownership costs during the early period.
