The redesigned Harrier, which Tata Motors released in the Indian market last year, starts at Rs 15.49 lakh (ex-showroom). In India, the redesigned SUV appears to be more popular among prospective SUV purchasers, with a waiting period of three to six weeks from the date of booking. However, keep in mind that the waiting duration may vary depending on a variety of criteria, including location, model, and colour. Interested buyers can contact their nearest approved dealer for further information on this matter. The extended waiting period in our market may have resulted from several variables. The most notable of these could be the perfect safety performance, which is demonstrated by the 5-star safety rating in the GNCAP and Bharat NCAP crash testing. To know more about the updated Tata Harrier, let's take a look.

New Tata Harrier: Engine and Features

The Harrier SUV has a 2.0-litre Kryotec diesel mill, coupled with either an automated torque converter or a 6-speed manual transmission. The engine boasts impressive torque and power outputs of 350Nm and 168bhp, respectively. The revamped Harrier with a manual transmission gives a mileage of 16.80km/l, while the model with an automatic gearbox delivers a fuel efficiency of 14.60km/l.

A 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a panoramic sunroof, a wireless charging pad, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a rotary dial for drive modes, an air purifier, heated front seats, and more are included in the updated Harrier's kit. Other safety features include 360-degree video, cruise control, automated parking brake, blind spot monitoring, and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
