VinFast Becomes Best-selling Brand in Vietnam; Sells Over 51,000 EVs In First 10 Months

VinFast has emerged as the best-selling manufacturer in its home market, selling more than 51,000 vehicles in the first ten months of 2024. Of these, 11,000 vehicles were sold in October itself, a 21% increase from the month before. The VF3 and VF5 were in strong demand, selling over 5,000 and 2,600 units, respectively. With a growing network of dealerships and charging stations, a high volume of pre-orders, and increasing production capacity, VinFast aims to maintain its dominant market share and widen its advantage over rivals. While official details are currently under wraps, VinFast intends to enter the Indian car market soon. If market sources are to be believed, the Vietnamese manufacturer could make its debut here at the Bharat Mobility Expo next year.

VinFast currently offers seven distinct electric vehicle models in the Vietnamese market, ranging from mini-SUVs to E-SUVs, all of which have affordable prices and can accommodate the needs of various customers. To facilitate the global shift to electric vehicles, VinFast is also expanding rapidly overseas, strengthening its presence in many countries and regions worldwide.
