Tata Nexon EV Max

Tata Motors is offering exciting discounts on several of its EVs, including the Nexon, Tiago, and Tigor, in March; however, there is a catch. The most substantial discounts are reserved for electric vehicles manufactured in 2023, for instance, the Nexon EV, particularly the Max pre-facelift model, gets the highest incentive of Rs 3.15 lakh, which includes an exchange benefit of Rs 50,000 and a cash discount of Rs 2.65 lakh. That said, some 2024 versions of the Nexon and Tiago EV are offered with some discounts.

Notably, the Punch EV, which went on sale in January of this year, is not eligible for any of the offers in March. Here's a complete breakdown of offers available on different electric models offered by Tata Motors in India.

Tata Nexon EV (Pre-facelift) March Offers

As mentioned, the Nexon EV pre-facelift model comes with the most significant discounts in March. The Nexon EV Prime gets an exchange bonus of Rs 50,000 and a cash discount of Rs 2.30 lakh, while the Nexon EV Max enjoys a bigger cash discount of Rs 2.65 lakh and an exchange incentive of Rs 50,000. The Nexon EV Prime has 312 kilometres of ARAI-certified range, a 30.2kWh battery, and a 127bhp electric motor. The Nexon EV Max, on the other hand, gets a 141bhp electric motor with a 40.5kWh battery. It claims an ARAI-certified range of 437 kilometres.

A green bonus of Rs 50,000 is available for all Nexon EV variants produced in 2023, while a Rs 20,000 benefit is offered for vehicles manufactured in 2024. It is important to note that the facelifted model does not come with exchange bonuses or cash savings this month. Mechanically, the new Nexon comes in two versions – MR with a 30.2kWh battery and LR with a 40.5kWh battery. The LR boasts a range of 465 kilometres, whereas the MR claims an ARAI-claimed range of 325 kilometres.

This includes an exchange incentive of Rs 30,000 and a cash discount of Rs 75,000 for all variants. The Tigor EV's technical specifications include a permanent magnet synchronous electric motor, producing 74bhp and 170Nm, and a 26kWh battery. The vehicle has an ARAI-certified range of 315 kilometres.

In contrast, the 2024 model comes with an exchange bonus of Rs 25,000 and an exchange offer of Rs 10,000. The electrified hatchback from Tata Motors gets two battery options: Medium Range and Long Range. The mid-range version employs a 19.2kWh battery, delivers 60bhp and 110Nm, and promises a range of 250 kilometres. The long-range version, on the other hand, is equipped with a larger 24kWh battery, produces 114Nm and 73bhp, and offers a range of 315 kilometres.
