Hero Destini 125 Mileage
The Hero Destini 125 Mileage is 54 kilometers per litre.
Hero Destini 125 Highlights
The Destini 125, for when it first came into the Indian market, marked the entry of the manufacturer in the 125cc scooter segment. The Destini 125, therefore, sits above the Maestro Edge in Hero’s line-up. The Destini 125 is a family scooter and misses out on all the modern technologies like a fully digital cluster, or LED tail lamps or even LED DRLs to keep the costs in check.
Exterior Details
The Hero Destini 125 is a family scooter and, therefore, its design is plain and simple, rather than sporty and aggressive. Speaking of the exterior dimensions, the scooter is 1,809mm in length, 729mm in overall width and 1,154mm in height. The kerb weight of the scooter is 112kg and the ground clearance is a decent 155mm. The fuel tank has a capacity of 5.5-litres.
Engine & Transmission
The Hero Destini 125 comes powered by a 109cc single-cylinder air-cooled motor, which makes 9.3bhp of power and 9Nm of torque. The engine comes mated to a CVT automatic gearbox. Moreover, the said engine is also quite a judicious sipper, as the Hero Destini 125 mileage is claimed to be 51km/l.
Handling
The Destini 125 is based on a high rigidity underbone chassis and the suspension duties are handled by telescopic hydraulic shock absorber at the front and a single-coil spring hydraulic at the rear. It gets 90/100-10 section tyres on both ends. The braking power is courtesy of a 130mm drum at the front as well as the rear.
Features
The Hero Destini 125 new model, as said above, misses out on modern-day electricals and features. The headlamp and the tail lamp are powered by conventional bulbs rather than LEDs. The instrument cluster is a part digital unit, which is further divided into an analogue speedometer and a digital screen showing a wealth of information. One nifty feature is the addition of Hero’s i3s technology, which is a boon for those who care about fuel efficiency.
Price & Variants
The Hero Destini 125 comes in two variants. The Hero Destini 125 price (as of mid-2020) is ₹66,620 for the LX variant and ₹70,367 for the VX variant. The Destini 125 comes with a standard 5-year warranty from Hero MotoCorp. For the Hero Destini 125 on-road price, be sure to check our price section.
