The XPulse 210 is powered by a 210cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder four-stroke engine with a four-valve-per-cylinder configuration on a DOHC. It develops a peak power and torque of around 24.26bhp at 9250 rpm and 20.7 Nm at 7250 rpm, respectively. It has a six-speed gearbox with a wet-type assist and slipper clutch, smoothly transmitting the power to the wheels.

This Hero bike sits on a high-tensile steel semi-double cradle frame and a rectangular swing arm with a linkage rod. It includes 41mm telescopic front forks with an anti-fiction bush and ten-step adjustable gas-charged rear mono-shock absorbers. The wheel travel for the front is 210mm and it is 205mm for the rear one. The bike rides on a 21-inch front spoke wheel with a 90mm wide tyre. The XPulse 210 features a round headlamp with a black centre element in it. The front fender is high-raised to provide enough travel space for the suspension and wheel. It flaunts a transparent visor, stylish hand guards, and sleek turn indicators. The sleek fuel tank boasts coloured graphics and the front shockers boast amber reflectors. A single-seat design, an upswept exhaust pipe with a cover, and an engine guard are also visible. The rear end showcases a pillion grab bar, sleek turn indicators, and a wide tail lamp setup.
This machinehas All-LED lighting including a headlamp, tail lamp, and winkers. It gets a TFT instrument cluster to display all essential information to the rider. It also includes a switchable dual-channel antilock braking system with three modes – Road, Off-Road, and Rally. The motorbike also incorporates GPS/Navigation, hazard warning lights, and many other performance and convenience features.
