The Tiger 850 Sport looks every bit as striking as an adventure tourer should. As for its dimensions, the bike measures 830mm in overall width and 1,410mm in overall height. Moreover, the Tiger 850 Sport has a wheelbase of 1,556mm and a seat height of 810mm. Lastly, the adventure tourer has a fuel tank capacity of 20-litres, and it weighs 192kg.

Powering the Tiger 850 Sport is an 888cc BS-VI approved three-cylinder engine, which is good for 84bhp and 82Nm of torque. The power is sent to the rear wheel via a 6-speed manual transmission. That said, expect the Triumph Tiger 850 Sport mileage to range between 22-24km/l.

As for its mechanical hardware, the Tiger 850 Sport rides on the same 45mm Marzocchi upside-down forks at the front and a pre-load adjustable monoshock at the back as the bigger Tiger 900. It is also built around the same frame as its bigger sibling. Besides that, the bike comes equipped with twin 320mm discs at the front and a 255mm disc at the back. The 19-inch wheel at the front is shod with a 100/90-19 tyre and the 17-inch wheel at the back is shod with 150/70R17 tyre.
