HERO GLAMOUR

Hero MotoCorp has launched the revised Glamour in India with a new Black Metallic Silver paint scheme, priced between Rs 83,598 (drum brake) and Rs 87,598 (disc brake). The new colour adds to the bike's subtle and youthful appearance. Its black and grey hues highlight the commuter's minor cuts and creases. Except for a few improvements and a new paint job, the bike is still the same and has a sleek, everyday commuter appearance. It also maintains the same mechanical specifications as before. If you are looking to buy a 125cc bike in India, let's see what the new Hero Glamour has to offer.

2024 Hero Glamour: Engine and Features

On the mechanical side of things, the bike remains unchanged, with the same 124.7cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that puts out a maximum power of 10.72bhp at 7,500rpm and peak torque of 10.6Nm at 6,000rpm. It also continues to use telescopic front forks and dual rear shocks for suspension. The braking system, however, differs based on the variant selected. For example, the standard model features drum brakes on both ends, whereas the top-spec model has a front disc and a rear drum brake.

In terms of features, the 2024 model now has an LED headlamp, hazard lamp, and stop-start switch. It is also equipped with a smartphone charging port and a digital instrument cluster.

The bike measures 2,051mm in length and 1,074mm in height. It boasts a width of 720mm for the Drum variant and 743mm for the Disc version. Other specs include a 1,273mm wheelbase, 10 litres of fuel tank capacity, 180mm ground clearance, and kerb weight of 122 Kg (Drum), and 123 Kg (Disc). The motorcycle sports 18-inch wheels, measuring 80/100-18, and 100/80-18 at the front and rear, respectively.
