Hero MotoCorp has launched the 2025 Super Splendor XTEC in India. The drum brake model is priced at Rs 88,128 (ex-showroom), and the disc brake version costs Rs 92,028 (ex-showroom). The bike now meets the new OBD-2B emission norms but keeps the same engine and design. The 2025 Super Splendor XTEC has four colour options: Matt Nexus Blue, Matt Grey, Black, and Candy Blazing Red. It builds on the trusted Splendor name, which is known for its fuel efficiency and strong build.

The XTEC version adds useful features like an LED headlamp, a digital display, and Bluetooth connectivity. These updates make it a smart choice for daily commuters looking for a reliable and feature-rich bike.
The 2025 Hero Super Splendor XTEC now meets the latest OBD-2B emission norms, thanks to internal engine updates. However, its performance remains the same. It uses a 124.7cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 10.72bhp at 7,500rpm and 10.6Nm of torque at 6,000rpm. This engine offers a balance of fuel efficiency and reliability, which the Splendor series is known for.
The bike features telescopic front forks and twin rear shocks for a comfortable ride. The top variant comes with a front disc and rear drum brake, while the base model gets drum brakes at both ends. This simple and reliable setup helps keep maintenance costs low, making it a practical choice for daily commuting.
Hero MotoCorp finished March 2025 and the full FY2024–25 with strong two-wheeler sales. In March, the company sold over 5.49 lakh units, which is a 12% increase compared to last year. Out of these, around 5.07 lakh were motorcycles, and scooter sales rose by 27.5% to 42,963 units. Domestic sales reached 5.10 lakh units (up 11%), while exports grew by over 25% to 39,518 units.

For the full financial year, Hero MotoCorp sold 58.99 lakh two-wheelers, showing nearly 5% growth. Motorcycle sales went up by 5.51% to 54.76 lakh units. While scooter sales dropped slightly, exports rose sharply by 43%, reaching 2.87 lakh units. This shows Hero's strong presence in both Indian and global markets.
