2027 KTM 450 Rally Replica blends Dakar-winning design, factory-spec rally hardware, and limited-run exclusivity inspired by Luciano Benavides’ 2026 victory.

KTM has revealed the 2027 450 Rally Replica, built to mark Luciano Benavides’ 2026 Dakar Rally win. For rally riders, this is one of the closest ways to own something tied directly to KTM’s factory race programme. With production limited to just over 100 units, a 34.5-litre fuel system, race-spec chassis, and proven Dakar-winning platform, this machine is built with a proper rally purpose. Deliveries are set to start in July 2026.
Priced at GBP 33,148 (approx. Rs 42.56 lakh), the standard model brings KTM’s Dakar engineering to private buyers in a serious format. The GBP 42,544 (approx. Rs 54.62 lakh) Luciano Benavides Factory Edition takes things further with added factory-spec parts and more exclusivity. KTM has now six Dakar wins in the last ten editions, and this Rally Replica is built from that same race-developed base.

Only eight examples of the Luciano Benavides Factory Edition will be produced, making it one of the rarest motorcycles KTM has offered. More than a collector’s machine, it gives buyers access to a platform shaped by real rally competition. For riders who follow Dakar, that link alone carries weight.
For 2027, KTM has returned the standard Rally Replica to its signature orange finish. It looks direct, familiar, and true to the brand’s rally roots. The Luciano Benavides Factory Edition uses full Red Bull KTM Factory Racing colours, matching the bike that won Dakar 2026 with Benavides.

The Factory Edition also adds a Selle Dalla Valle seat, Michelin Rally tyres with mousses, and numbered production badging. These details matter because they push the motorcycle closer to factory race specification. It is not just about appearance, but about giving buyers a stronger connection to KTM’s Dakar machine.
KTM has built the chassis around a hand-welded laser-cut frame with fully adjustable WP Pro suspension. Wider footpegs, a tapered aluminium handlebar, and rally-focused ergonomics are all designed for long hours in demanding terrain. This setup reflects real rally needs rather than casual off-road riding.

A carbon-fibre navigation tower, digital roadbook, CNC-machined triple clamps, dual radiators, and LED lighting complete the package. Every part has a purpose, and that is what makes this Rally Replica stand out. KTM has focused on function first, exactly how a rally machine should be.
Power comes from a 450cc fuel-injected single-cylinder SOHC engine paired with a six-speed gearbox and Brembo hydraulic clutch. This is a setup designed for endurance, control, and stage performance. KTM has kept the formula close to what works in Dakar rather than chasing unnecessary changes.
An Akrapovic exhaust helps reduce weight while supporting the motorcycle’s rally focus. Brembo brakes and carbon-fibre protective parts add durability where it matters. The overall package feels built for riders who understand what long-distance rally competition demands.

Fuel capacity stands at 34.5 litres through a three-tank design, giving this motorcycle the range needed for serious rally stages. For the eight Factory Edition buyers, KTM adds a personal handover from Luciano Benavides at the KTM Adventure Rally in Perugia this September, along with a signed race jersey.
