Ducati India has launched two all-new BS6 Scrambler models. The Scrambler Nightshift is priced at Rs 9.8 lakh (ex-showroom) and the Scrambler Desert Sled is priced at Rs 10.89 lakh (ex-showroom).

Italian bike maker, Ducati, has just launched the new BS6 Scrambler Nightshift and Scrambler Desert Sled in India, further strengthening the Scrambler range. The Scrambler Nightshift is a sporty version of the Scrambler and is focused more on riding on the road, while the Scrambler Desert Sled is an off-road-oriented machine. The Nightshift is priced at Rs 9.8 lakh (ex-showroom), and the Desert Sled is priced at Rs 10.89 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Nightshift follows a dark design theme and comes in the 'Aviator Grey' colour, combined with a steel Trellis frame. It also features a new Café Racer-style flat seat and Pirelli MT60 tires coupled with spoked wheels, which gives it a sleek yet dynamic look. The Nightshift also gets side number plates and full LED lighting.

The Scrambler Desert Sled has completely different styling, which seems to come directly from the deserts and mountains of California, offering a fresh take on the off-road scramblers from the ’60s and ’70s. The Desert Sled features Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tyres around golden rims and an all-new 'Sparkling Blue' livery, with red and white detailing on the tank and mudguards. The Desert Sled also gets a variable cross-section handlebar and adjustable Kayaba Suspensions with 46mm fork and 200mm excursion to complete its off-road appeal.

The Nightshift and Desert Sled come equipped with the same 803cc, L-twin engine which can pump out 72bhp @ 8,250rpm and a maximum torque of 66.2Nm @ 5,750rpm. Both bikes also get a 6-speed gearbox with a servo-assisted slipper function, which limits rear-wheel destabilisation during downshifts.

You can book a new Scrambler across all nine Ducati dealerships in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kochi, Kolkata, and Chennai. And the good news is that there is no waiting period for deliveries.

Mr Bipul Chandra, Managing Director of Ducati India, said, 'Scrambler is one of the most bohemian and maverick offerings from the house of Ducati. Over the years, our Scrambler customers have taken the road less travelled and have achieved things, which is a matter of great pride not only them but for us as well. To introduce more such possibilities, we are delighted to introduce the all-new Scrambler Nightshift and the Desert Sled. The sophisticated design shows the extensive research that has gone into the two bikes, and we surely believe that all riders, new and experienced, will be able to use these motorcycles to challenge their riding skills and fulfil their dreams of owning a Scrambler.'
