KTM has updated its Duke portfolio for the global market, with the 250 Duke benefiting from a subtle visual update. The motorcycle now comes with two new colour options, which include a reworked Ebony Black shade and a new silver colour. Mechanically, the bike remains unchanged and continues to draw power from the 249.7cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that churns out a maximum power of 30.5bhp and a peak torque of 25Nm. It is underpinned by a trellis frame, supported by WP Apex USD forks and a rear monoshock. Stopping power comes from a 320mm front and 240mm rear disc with Bybre callipers.
For 2026, the updated Ebony Black colour makes its way to the global colour palette of the KTM 250 Duke. The orange treatment around the headlamp adds to the overall look, making the front look sharper and more aggressive.

Alongside it, KTM has introduced a new silver colour option, which is reminiscent of the Silver Metallic colour seen on the previous-generation Duke 250. The Silver variant offers a more refined and sophisticated look, with dark grey KTM logos and minimal orange highlights on the tank edges.
KTM has also given the 390 Duke a noticeable update. One of the major highlights is a new Atlantic Blue colour scheme, featuring matte blue tank and side panels paired with a black front fender, while the alloy wheels now wear a sleek black finish instead of the previous orange accents. These changes lend the 390 Duke a sharper, more premium streetfighter presence, while familiar design elements, like the angular fuel tank, crisp body lines, and minimalistic styling, remain intact.

The bike also comes equipped with an upgraded WP FCR4 front brake calliper, promising stronger stopping power and smoother modulation, though the rest of the bike continues unchanged. Alongside the 390, KTM has updated its 200 Duke, 790 Duke, 990 Duke, 1390 Super Duke R, and the 1390 Super Duke R Evo for 2026, completing a broad update across the Duke lineup.
