If you are an old school 'Rockers', who would rather die then be caught riding a red or a yellow coloured cafe racer, then Royal Enfield has answered your prayers as they launched Continental GT 535cc cafe racer in black colour. The black colour GT features a new brown coloured seat with contrast stitching. Good news is that this new variant is available at Rs. 2,13,142, on road in Delhi, and costs the same as the red and yellow colour models.

This new colour will be introduced in all markets that sell the Continental GT across the world, in a phased manner. India is the first market to see the new signature GT Black colour and bookings for the motorcycle are open with immediate effect.

Specifications wise, the Royal Enfield Continental GT continues to be powered by 535cc engine with 29PS of power and 44Nm of peak torque. Royal Enfield worked closely with Harris Performance to create a new chassis, especially for the GT Continental, so that the double cradle frame rides and handles like a genuine cafe racer. The GT is equipped with 41mm front forks and twin gas-charged Paioli rear shockers, Brembo brakes and uses Pirelli Sport Demon tyres for excellent grip.
