2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE launch on January 28th, more model launches announced
We've known for quite a while about the impending launch of the 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE. After the GLE's launch on 28th January, the new generations of the GLS (flagship SUV) and the GLA compact crossover will be launched in India by the second quarter of 2020.

After the GLE, Mercedes-Benz India will also launch the new-generation GLS and the GLA by Q2 2020.
We've known for quite a while about the impending launch of the 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE. In fact, the announcement was made by Mr Martin Schwenk (MD & CEO - Mercedes-Benz India) at the launch of the updated GLC in December 2019. However, the marque has also given an official confirmation about the launch of some more models. After the GLE's launch on 28th January, the new generations of the GLS (flagship SUV) and the GLA compact crossover will be launched in India by the second quarter of 2020.
Coming to the models at hand, the current GLE has been on sale in India in three derivatives - GLE 250d, 350d & the GLE 400. However, for the 2020 model, expect Mercedes-Benz to bring the 350d, 400d, and 450 variants. The power and torque figures are pegged at 268bhp and 600Nm for the GLE 350d, 326bhp and700Nm for the 400d, and 362bhp and 500Nm for the GLE 450. As for the remaining two models, since they're new-generation models and not facelifts (like the GLE), expect the same magnitude & multitude of changes on them as well.
