The model has been introduced as the third plug-in model of the automaker's luxury SUV series. The battery now has a capacity of 25.9kWh. The SUV's overall performance has also been significantly improved as a more noteworthy part of the latest update. The Cayenne E-Hybrid now churns out a combined power output of 505bhp and 750Nm of torque when the 3.0-litre turbocharged V6 and its electric motor are operating at full throttle. The electric motor is driven by a 25.9kWh battery and an 11 kW onboard AC charger, allowing the car to be charged in around 2.5 hours using a standard Level 2 charger.
