The British marque could bring a four-model line-up to India that includes the GT, 720S Coupé & Spider as well as the new Artura hybrid.

Some very interesting news indeed for auto aficionados across the country! It looks like the British supercar maker McLaren is gearing up for a formal launch in India. Now, we are yet to receive official communication from McLaren about this so it's yet to be confirmed. However, a quick visit to the McLaren website and its configurator has revealed the following...

The lead image you see is of the McLaren GT configurator that clearly lists India as one of its configuration regions. Some more browsing revealed that alongside the GT, the 720s Coupé, 720S Spider and the new Artura hybrid are also available for configuration in India.

For the uninitiated, the GT serves as the entry-level model in the McLaren lineup. As for the remaining three models, they're a part of the brand's  'Supercar' lineup, of which, the Artura is the latest entrant and also McLaren's first-ever series-production plug-in hybrid supercar as well as its most fuel-efficient model to date!
