Jeep has relaunched the Wrangler Willys '41 Special Edition in India for Rs 70.31 lakh, making it nearly Rs 3 lakh more affordable than its earlier price of Rs 73.24 lakh. During its first stint, the heritage-themed SUV was limited to just 30 units for the Indian market. This time, Jeep has slightly increased the allocation to 41 units. As we know, the special edition pays tribute to the 1941 Willy MB that served during World War II. It is based on the Rubicon variant (priced at Rs 68.31 lakh) and costs Rs 2 lakh more. Speaking on the launch, Kumar Priyesh, Business Head and Director – Automotive Brands, Stellantis India, said, 'The Willys legacy is more than a story—it is the foundation of Jeep’s character. The Wrangler Willys 41 2.0 is our tribute to that heritage. It reflects the spirit of the original 1941 Willys MB while delivering the capability, authenticity, and emotional connection that Jeep owners value deeply blending timeless Willys cues with contemporary engineering to deliver capability, exclusivity, and character in equal measure.'
Let’s take a closer look at some of the key details of this limited-run Wrangler.
The core design is unchanged, but the Wrangler Willys ‘41 Special Edition distinguishes itself with a few notable cosmetic and feature upgrades. The highlight is the new ‘41 Green exterior, inspired by the military-green hue of the original 1941 Willys Jeep, though buyers can also choose from white, red, black, and blue finishes as well. The bonnet features heritage-themed ‘1941’ decals, commemorating the year Jeep launched its first military-spec off-roader.

Jeep is offering the Wrangler Willys ‘41 Special Edition with standard accessories valued at Rs 2 lakh. These include all-weather floor mats, powered side steps, extra interior grab handles, and front and rear dashcams.
An optional accessory pack priced at Rs 3.60 lakh (offering nearly Rs 1 lakh savings compared to last year’s package) is also available, adding a roof carrier with an integrated side ladder and a Sunrider rooftop.
The exclusive edition has the same 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that churns out a maximum power output of 268bhp and a peak torque of 400Nm. It comes with an 8-speed automatic transmission and a standard 4x4 drivetrain.
