Audi has announced a 10-year extended warranty and 15-year roadside assistance on its full product line, including the Q3 and A6. This move reflects the German marque's focus on long-term customer satisfaction. The extended warranty is a value-added option, and buyers can opt for a 1-year or 2-year extension, with coverage similar to the standard warranty. It covers manufacturing defects for vehicles up to 10 years old or 200,000 kilometers, whichever comes first. This programme can be purchased when buying a new car or before the existing one expires. The price of the extended has not been revealed by Audi as of yet. Therefore, customers are recommended to visit their nearest dealership for more information on this.
Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India, said, 'At Audi India, we believe that our relationship with customers extends far beyond the point of purchase. Our extended warranty and Audi Roadside Assistance Program is an extension of our unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and establish new industry standards for luxury automotive service in India.'

The service includes towing, fuel delivery, battery boosts, tyre repairs, and lockout assistance, along with premium perks like hotel stays and vehicle safekeeping for long repairs. The programme offers flexible coverage plans priced between Rs 3,999 and Rs 8,000.
