First-Ever 'Hero Premia' Showroom Launched in Kerala, to Offer Karizma XMR, Harley-Davidson X440 and More
'Hero Premia' will house the Xpulse 200 4V and the flagship Karizma XMR 210, along with the Harley-Davidson X440 and the Vida V1 electric scooter.

Hero MotoCorp has marked an important milestone with the opening of the first-ever premium showroom in Kerala. Dubbed 'Hero Premia', the showroom is located in Calicut (or Kozhikode) and will house Hero's range of premium two-wheelers, including the Xpulse 200 4V and the flagship Karizma XMR 210, along with the Harley-Davidson X440. Also on display would be the Vida V1 electric scooter, meeting the growing demand for electric mobility solutions. The announcement to open such showroom space was made at the launch of the Harley-Davidson X440 in July 2023, but the company only provided corresponding details during the Karizma XMR launch. The reason behind such a move is to provide a best-in-class ownership experience and an inclusive brand experience to its customers.
Situated in Calicut's Auto Hub, 'Hero Premia' is spread over 3,000 square feet. What sets the newly opened showroom apart from the regular Hero dealerships is a unique dark facade on its exterior as well as new furnishings and warm hues & tones in the interior. The dealership will have separate display zones for each product - the urban and street motorcycling zones will showcase electric two-wheelers and performance bikes, whereas the lifestyle and exploration zones will house roadsters and adventure bikes.
According to Hero, this premium showroom features digital interactive modules and configurators that use augmented reality and cloud technology, as well as delivers Sales, Service, and Spare-parts in all processes. Not limited to this, more such showrooms will soon see the light of day across the country. As a matter of fact, Hero has plans to launch its version of the X440 in early 2024, which will also be sold via Premia dealership. For those unaware, the new made-in-India X440 will be a scrambler based on the Harley-Davidson X440.
Speaking of Harley-Davidson, Hero MotoCorp recently commenced the deliveries of the X440, a product of the partnership between the Indian auto major and Harley-Davidson. The motorcycle is manufactured at Hero's Garden Factory facility in Neemrana, Rajasthan. Interested customers can make their reservations at any authorised Harley-Davidson outlet or select Hero MotoCorp dealerships. Bookings can also be placed online on the American manufacturer's official website.

A 440cc, air/oil-cooled engine with a 6-speed gearbox powers the Harley-Davidson X440. Power and torque figures stand at 27bhp and 38Nm, respectively. Launched in July, the entry-level Harley-Davidson X440 Denim is currently available at Rs 2.40 lakh, while the mid-spec Vivid and the top-spec S are priced at Rs 2.60 lakh and Rs 2.80 lakh, respectively. All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi.
