The 2019 iteration of the Dominar 400 gets a tweaked version of the same 373cc single-cylinder engine, which now churns out 38.8bhp of power and 35Nm of torque. The liquid-cooled unit comes mated to a six-speed manual transmission. Moreover, the cruiser also scores well on the fuel efficiency front, as the Bajaj Dominar 400 mileage is rated at 26.5km/l.

The Dominar 400 gets its stopping power from a 320mm disc at the front and a 230mm disc at the rear. The bike rides on beefy 43mm upside-down telescopic forks suspension at the front and multi-step adjustable monoshock suspension at the back. The bike is based on a beam type perimeter chassis whilst it sports a 110/70 R17 radial tyre at the front end and a wider 150/60-17 radial tyre at the rear.
