CFMoto 300NK [2019-2020]

The CFMoto 300NK is the entry-level offering from CFMoto, which is brought to the country in tandem with Bengaluru-based AMW motorcycles. At first glance, the naked motorcycle looks elegant and beefy. The LED DRL will certainly remind you of Batman’s signal. In profile, there’s an uncanny resemblance to the 250 Duke. To give it much-needed bling, CFMoto has pulled up neon blue highlights for the exposed frame, wheel sidewalls and the NK badging on the fuel tank. In addition, the 300NK is one of the bikes in its segment that comes with two riding modes – Rain and Sport.

Exterior Details

In profile, the 300NK looks more or less identical to the 250 Duke. As for the dimensions, the contemporary street-naked is 1,990mm in length, 780mm in width and 1,070mm in height. Furthermore, it has a ground clearance of 150mm and a kerb weight of 151kg. The fuel tank has a capacity of 12.5 litres.

Engine & Transmission 

At the heart of the CFMoto 300NK lies a 292cc single-cylinder motor that churns out 34bhp and 20.5Nm of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheel via a six-speed manual gearbox. In the fuel efficiency department, the CFMoto 300NK mileage is marginally more than its other siblings, rated at 27km/l.

Handling

As far as handling is concerned, the CFMoto 300NK rides on an upside-down front fork and a monoshock at the rear. You get a 110/70 R17 tyre for the front wheel and a 140/60 R17 tyre for the rear wheel. In terms of braking capabilities, the tyres are shod with disc brakes at both ends.

The CFMoto 300NK new model comes equipped with a coloured TFT display, that comprises the instrumentation and the riding modes. On the safety front, the 300NK packs in Dual-channel ABS as standard across the range. As for the electricals, the front and the rear are specced with full-LED lamps.
