Under the body, shaped panels guide airflow towards cooling parts and diffusers, showing that efficiency has been considered from the ground up.</p><h2><strong>New Sony Afeela SUV Prototype: Interior</strong></h2><p>Inside, the cabin goes all-in on screens. A full-width digital display runs across the dashboard, handling driving data, vehicle controls and media. PlayStation 5 streaming is built into the infotainment system, with Bluetooth support for controllers. Gaming only works when the vehicle is parked or charging. Over-the-air updates will add new features later, keeping the system fresh over time.</p><p>The Afeela SUV uses dual electric motors with all-wheel drive. Sony Honda is targeting a range of more than 483km on the EPA cycle. DC fast charging can take the battery to 80 per cent in about 20 minutes. Deliveries will begin in North America in 2026, with other markets following as the company continues to build out its software-focused EV platform.</p>
