Ducati India has launched the 2025 Ducati Streetfighter V4 in India at an ex-showroom price of Rs 28.69 lakh. The top-of-the-line Streetfighter V4 S carries a price tag of Rs 32.38 lakh (ex-showroom). The model 2025 benefits from a significant boost in power, an upgraded chassis, and a more sophisticated electronics package. Design-wise, it largely remains the same – raw, aggressive, and aerodynamic – while adding a few notable changes. The full-LED headlamp with the signature V-shaped DRL echoes the design language of Ducati’s top-end superbikes.
The most prominent element is the Biplane Winglets, which are said to generate up to 17 kg of downforce at 270km/h. The handlebar is now set 10mm closer to the rider, while the footpegs are lower, slightly forward, and positioned 10mm inward. The seat offers more space for movement, and the reshaped rear of the tank provides better support during braking and cornering. Inspired by the Panigale V4, the Streetfighter V4’s riding position is now more relaxed and comfortable, especially for taller riders. Read on for more details.

The Streetfighter V4 is powered by the 1,103cc Desmosedici Stradale V4, which is now Euro 5+ and E20 compatible. It produces 212bhp at 13,500rpm and 120 Nm at 11,250rpm. Race-bred tech like the counter-rotating crankshaft and Twin Pulse firing order ensures traction, stability, and the iconic Ducati V4 exhaust note. The optional Akrapovic racing exhaust lifts output to 223bhp.
The 2025 model inherits its chassis from the Panigale V4. The front frame is 3.47 kg lighter and stiffer than before, while the double-sided hollow swingarm reduces the rear wheel assembly weight by 2.9 kg and features 43% less stiffness. Stopping power is managed by Brembo Hypure front brake callipers. They are 60 grams lighter (per pair) and engineered for better heat management.

The V4 is equipped with fully-adjustable Showa and Sachs suspension and has standard light alloy wheels. The V4 S package upgrades to the sophisticated, electronic Ohlins Smart EC 3.0 suspension system (including the fork, shock, and steering damper). It is also 2 kg lighter, thanks to forged aluminum wheels and a lithium-ion battery, bringing its dry weight down to 189 kg. For reference, the standard V4 weighs 191 kg (without fuel).

In terms of features, the 2025 model packs an upgraded 2025 electronics package run by a six-axis IMU. The control unit is now optimally positioned near the center of gravity for better sensing.

New features include the advanced Ducati Vehicle Observer (DVO) and a world-first, track-focused braking system called Race eCBS (electronic Combined Braking System), developed with Bosch. Other standard electronic aids are Quickshifter, DTC, and Wheelie Control.
