2025 Hero Karizma XMR 210 Launched in India with TFT Display and Upside-Down Fork; Prices Start at Rs 1.81 Lakh

Hero MotoCorp has launched two new variants of the Karizma XMR 210 in India – the Top at Rs 2 lakh and the Combat Edition at Rs 2.02 lakh, both featuring a USD fork and 4.2-inch TFT display.

Hero MotoCorp has introduced two new, feature-rich variants of the Karizma XMR 210 in India. The new Top variant is priced at Rs 2 lakh, while the Combat Edition costs Rs 2.02 lakh. Both variants come equipped with a USD fork and a 4.2-inch TFT display with smartphone connectivity. The base variant, still priced at Rs 1.81 lakh, does not include these features. All prices are ex-showroom. Cosmetically, the Base and Top variants share a similar colour palette, including Iconic Yellow and Turbo Red, with the Base also offering Matte Phantom Black and the Top featuring Phantom Black. The Combat Edition stands out with a unique grey finish accented by yellow highlights. Read on for more details.

Hero Karizma XMR 210: Key Specifications

Apart from the golden USD forks and a connected TFT screen with navigation on the higher-spec Top and Combat models, the Karizma XMR 210's core remains intact.

The bike continues to feature full-LED illumination and a USB charging socket. At its heart is the familiar 210cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that produces 25.15bhp at 9250rpm and 20.4Nm at 7250rpm, paired with a six-speed transmission and a slip-and-assist clutch.

Upcoming Launches

Hero MotoCorp is expected to launch the Karizma XMR 250 in India sometime soon. The bike made its global debut at the EICMA last year in Milan, Italy. The bike uses a 250cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine that delivers a peak power output of 30bhp and a maximum torque of 25Nm and is mated to a six-speed gearbox.

Other Highlights

Hero MotoCorp recorded notable growth in both March 2025 and the FY2024–25, driven by a significant uptick in its two-wheeler sales. March alone saw over 5.49 lakh units sold, representing a 12% increase from the 4.90 lakh units in the same month last year. Motorcycles dominated the sales, with 5.07 lakh units sold, while scooter sales also grew by 27.5%, reaching 42,963 units. In terms of geography, domestic sales accounted for 5.10 lakh units (up 11%), while exports grew by more than 25% to reach 39,518 units.

In FY2024–25, Hero MotoCorp sold a total of 58.99 lakh units, a 4.94% growth over FY2023–24’s 56.21 lakh. Motorcycle sales grew by 5.51% to 54.76 lakh units, while scooter sales dipped slightly to 4.22 lakh units. Domestic sales saw a 3.53% increase to 56.11 lakh units, and exports soared by 43%, reaching 2.87 lakh units.
