Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX has been launched in India as part of Kawasaki’s 2026 model year update. The motorcycle is priced at Rs 14.42 lakh (ex-showroom) and continues as a single-variant offering in the brand’s large-capacity range.
Sitting in the sport-touring segment, the Ninja 1100SX is aimed at riders who want to cover long distances without giving up the feel of an inline-four engine. It joins other MY26 updates already seen on the Versys 650 and Ninja 650. For this update cycle, Kawasaki has focused on compliance and small visual changes instead of a full redesign.

For 2026, the Ninja 1100SX gets a new Metallic Brilliant Golden Black with Metallic Carbon Grey paint scheme. This replaces the earlier black and green colour sold in India. Apart from the colour, nothing changes visually. The fairing design, tall windscreen and overall touring stance remain the same. The wide fuel tank and full fairing still signal that this bike is built for spending long hours on the highway. At launch, this new paint option is the only colour available for Indian buyers.
The features list remains unchanged from the previous model. The Ninja 1100SX continues with multiple riding modes, including Rain, Road, Sport and Rider. Traction control, cruise control and a quickshifter are part of the standard kit.

The TFT instrument cluster with smartphone connectivity also carries over. Kawasaki has not added or removed any features for 2026, keeping the overall package familiar for existing fans of the model.
Power still comes from the 1,099cc, liquid-cooled, inline four-cylinder engine. Output figures remain around 134bhp and 113Nm of torque. The key update for MY26 is E20 fuel compatibility, bringing the motorcycle in line with current emission requirements. The engine continues to be paired with a six-speed gearbox and chain final drive.
Despite the E20 update and new colour, Kawasaki has kept the price unchanged. The 2026 Ninja 1100SX continues to serve riders who want an inline-four sport-tourer rather than a full superbike or an adventure-tourer. With familiar hardware, the same feature set and a fresh paint job, the Ninja 1100SX keeps its place in Kawasaki’s big-bike line-up for 2026.
