This comparison highlights the key differences between the two models, focusing on parameters such as engine output, design features, and technology integration. The Pulsar moniker is celebrated for its aggressive styling and powerful performance, while the Raider 125 aims to deliver a balanced riding experience with modern features and comfort. Starting with variants and pricing, the new Pulsar N125 is available in two options: the Base variant at Rs 94,707 and the Bluetooth variant at Rs 98,707. In contrast, the TVS Raider comes in five trims – Drum, Single Seat Disc, Split Seat Disc, Super Squad Edition, and SmartXonnect – ranging from Rs 89,500 to Rs 1.08 lakh. All mentioned prices are ex-showroom figures.

When it comes to dimensions, the new Pulsar N125 weighs 125 kg, has a seat height of 795mm, a ground clearance of 198mm, a wheelbase measuring 1,295mm, and a fuel tank capacity of 9.5 litres. On the other hand, the Raider 125 weighs slightly less at 123 kg, has a lower seat height of 780mm, a ground clearance of 180mm, a longer wheelbase of 1,326mm, and can hold 10 litres of fuel.

The Pulsar N125 is powered by a new 125cc single-cylinder engine, which delivers a maximum output of 11.83bhp at 8,500rpm and a peak torque of 11Nm at 6,000rpm, it is paired with a five-speed gearbox.

Meanwhile, the TVS Raider 125 features a 125cc single-cylinder engine with air-oil cooling, generating 11.22bhp at 7,500rpm and a peak torque of 11.2Nm at 6,000rpm. It also comes with a five-speed transmission.

In terms of features, the Pulsar N125 includes a digital display with Bluetooth connectivity, but it does not have a tachometer or a gear position indicator. In comparison, the Raider 125 features a TFT screen that also supports Bluetooth. Furthermore, the Raider 125 is equipped with an integrated starter generator, while this feature is only available on the premium variant of the Pulsar N125.

Now, turning to the hardware details, both motorcycles sport telescopic forks at the front and a monoshock suspension at the rear. The Raider 125 also includes a five-step adjustable rear suspension. For braking, both bikes are equipped with a 240mm disc at the front and a 130mm drum at the rear. However, the lower variant of the Raider 125 is fitted with a 130mm drum brake at the front.
