Hero Electric is offering a limited-time discount on its most affordable model - the Hero Electric Flash. With the discount (of ₹7,088), the e-scooter carries an ex-showroom price tag of ₹29,990 (Delhi). Otherwise, the scooter is priced at ₹37,078 in Delhi. However, this discount is only applicable to the Lead-Acid variant of the Flash. Those looking to buy a Li-ion model of Hero Electric will only be entitled to PayTM benefits of up to ₹10,500 (applicable across the Li-ion model range of Hero Electric). The PayTM benefits will also be applicable to the Flash e-scooter (Lead-Acid variant). The company has not announced an exact date for the scheme expiration.

Hero Electric Flash Lead Acid

The Hero Electric Flash is powered by a 250W BLDC motor that is capable of giving the Flash a top speed of 25km/h. Both the Lead-Acid (LA) & Li-ion (LI) versions are powered by a 48V battery. However, the Flash LA gets a maximum riding range of 50km and needs around 8 hours of charging time (full charge). The Flash LA benefits from a lighter 48V Li-ion battery, which makes it lighter (69kg vs 87kg of the Flash LA) and also gets a longer riding range of 65km. The Flash LI also gets fast-charging capability, due to which it has a lower charging time of 4-5 hours (full charge).

The Hero Electric Flash is kitted with features like a digital speedometer, alloy wheels, LED headlamp & telescopic front suspension.
