If you are looking for an exotic superbike that looks unlike anything else and also has the performance to match its uniqueness, well then, the new MV Agusta F3 800 RC is the best option. You better hurry though, because only 6 units are available in India

The MV Agusta F3 800 is a beautiful machine. It’s got the looks and the performance, and now there is a special edition that has been launched in India. MotoRoyale has brought in the MV Agusta F3 800 RC at a rather high price tag of Rs 21.99 lakh (ex-showroom India). This is an exotic no doubt and with a premium of Rs 4 lakh over the standard F3 800, it gets some extra goodies.

The main addition to this super limited-edition motorcycle comes with a ‘Racing Kit’, which will focus purely for racing on the track. It would therefore we ideal if you live next to a proper circuit so that you could really enjoy this machine.

The Italian manufacturer had to make the F3 800 RC even more special than the already beautiful standard model, and so, this edition gets a new MV Agusta racing livery. It also gets nicer wheels, and they look hot their red colour. Somehow MV Agusta has managed to keep the theme of the bike dark and use the Italian tricolour as well.

While those are the only design changes, there is no change to the heart of this exotic machine. The 798cc three-cylinder engine still produces 145bhp at a very high 13,000rpm. Peak torque of 88Nm is still produced at 10,600rpm. Te big difference to the bike though is that it comes loaded with electronic aids. There is ride-by-wire, four different riding modes, an eight-level traction control system, ABS with Race Mode setting and Rear-wheel Lift-up Mitigation. All of these will surely aid your riding capabilities on the track. The suspension however, remains the same with 43mm Marzocchi USD fork, while the rear gets Sachs monoshock, and both as full-adjustable.

The racing kit includes SC Project titanium and carbon fibre exhaust, a new ECU, better exhaust mapping, and additional traction control settings for Race mode. There are also a few lightweight parts like a fibreglass pillion cowl, aluminium rear-sets and aluminium brake as well as clutch levers. Thanks to the race kit power is up by 5bhp and the overall weight of the bike has been reduced by 8kg to 165kg.
