Hyundai Alcazar facelift spotted

The updated Hyundai Alcazar has been spotted in South Korea, with significant design changes aligned with the 2024 Creta. The fascia seems similar to its five-seat sibling, except for a bigger grille with a distinctive design. The 2024 Alcazar appears to sport square LED headlamps and freshly designed alloy wheels. It is expected to retain connected LED taillights stacked vertically and a dual-tip exhaust system. Although interior images are currently unavailable, the revised Alcazar is expected to inherit the dashboard of its five-seat counterpart, with dual 10.25-inch screens (one for the instrument cluster and one for infotainment). To stand out, it could have new upholstery. Read on to find out more about the upcoming Hyundai Alcazar Facelift.

Hyundai Alcazar Facelift: Features

Like most things, the 2024 Creta's feature list, including a wireless phone charger, a 360-degree video system, cruise control, six airbags, dual-zone climate control, and Level-2 ADAS will probably be ported to the new Alcazar. In addition, the SUV could get tyre pressure monitoring, electronic stability control, ABS with EBD, ISOFIX mounts, and front and rear parking sensors.

Hyundai Alcazar Facelift: Powertrain

The revised Hyundai Alcazar will likely keep the same engines as the original version, including a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine (158bhp/253Nm) and a 1.5-litre, four-cylinder turbo-diesel engine (114.4bhp/250Nm). The transmission options are 6-speed manual, 7-speed dual-clutch automatic, and 6-speed automatic.

Hyundai Alcazar Facelift: Price and Rivals

The ex-showroom cost of the Hyundai Alcazar is currently between Rs 16.78 lakh and Rs 21.28 lakh. With several feature and aesthetic upgrades, we could see an increase in the price of Rs 70,000 and Rs 80,000. The SUV will go up against the Mahindra XUV700, Tata Safari, and MG Hector Plus in India.
