Mahindra XUV700 AX7, AX7L Variants Prices Reduced by up to Rs 75,000 in India

Mahindra has announced a price cut of up to Rs 75,000 for the top variants of the XUV700, specifically the AX7 and AX7L, in India. The price reduction varies depending on the model. The XUV700 has also seen a fresh update with the launch of the new Ebony Edition, adding more options for potential buyers. The XUV700 is available with two engine options. The first is a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that produces 197bhp and 380Nm. The second option is a 2.2-litre diesel engine that delivers up to 182bhp and 450Nm. A 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic torque converter are available transmission options.

The petrol variant is available with a front-wheel-drive (FWD) setup, while the diesel variant offers both front-wheel-drive (FWD) and all-wheel-drive (AWD) configurations.

Mahindra XUV700 AX7, AX7L: New Prices

The AX7 manual variants retain their existing prices, whereas the automatic variants are now offered at a reduced cost of Rs 45,000. The AX7L, which comes fully equipped, benefits from a significant price drop of Rs 75,000 across all its variants. Both the AX7 and AX7L are offered in 6-seat and 7-seat configurations.

Mahindra XUV700: Features

The Mahindra XUV700 is packed with several advanced features, including a panoramic sunroof, a 10.25-inch digital driver display, and a 6-way powered adjustable driver's seat. It also comes with a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 12-speaker Sony sound system. The SUV also offers ventilated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a wireless phone charger.

In terms of safety, the XUV700 has a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), up to seven airbags, a 360-degree camera, and ISOFIX child seat mounts. Additionally, it features a Level-2 advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS).

Depending on its seating configurations, the XUV700 faces competition from several popular models in the Indian market, such as the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, the Hyundai Creta, the Tata Harrier, the Tata Safari, and the Hyundai Alcazar.
