The respective websites of Jaguar and Land Rover India now offer the convenience of booking service appointments online. Online used and new vehicle purchase platforms, 'findmeacar.in' & 'findmeasuv.in', meanwhile, benefit from enhanced site navigation and added features.

JLR's two online sales platforms (for new & used vehicles), findmeacar.in (Jaguar) and findmeasuv.in (Land Rover), have been upgraded with better site navigation and added features. Active since 2016, these portals offer significant information to viewers such as the latest offers from the brand, an option for multi-vehicle/multi-variant comparison, online chat, click to call, etc. The portals also allow prospective & current customers to browse through the approved (used) and new car inventory that gets updated on a regular basis. Those purchasing a new car can even select a delivery-ready vehicle or can order one based on their customisation options. There's also an option to submit a request for trading-in your existing car.

Apart from updating the online sales portals, JLR has also introduced a new online service suite for its customers, which allows them to book service appointments for their vehicle from home or on the go. This can be accessed through JLR standard websites (jaguar.in or landrover.in). Once the customer submits the pre-requisite information on the service page (vehicle details, type of service and prefered date, time, and retailer for the appointment), an email acknowledgement is sent to the customer from the retailer. The customer then also has the option to select a 'contactless' vehicle pick and drop.

Once work starts on the vehicle in the workshop, live updates of the work progress will be shared with the customer. Once the work is done, an e-invoice will be sent to the customer, with numerous digital modes of payment available for the customer to settle the bill.

Sharing his thoughts on the push towards digital services, Rohit Suri (President & MD - JLR India) said, 'At Jaguar Land Rover India, our aim has always been to offer a hassle-free and transparent purchase and service experience to our customers. With our enhanced and updated purchase and service portals, we are now able to offer the additional benefit of a contactless and safe environment in which our customers can fully enjoy the Jaguar Land Rover experience.'
