Maruti Suzuki Alto K10

The Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 has always been in high demand since its debut. It is the most affordable offering with an AMT transmission available in India. The VXi AT model of this car is priced starting at Rs 5.61 lakh. With this version, you can get 24.9km/l. Within the Alto K10 series, there is also the VXi Plus AT variant, which comes with a little higher price tag of Rs 5.90 lakh. This version provides the same mileage of 24.9km/l as well. In terms of mechanical specs, the Alto K10's 1.0-litre engine produces about 65bhp of maximum power and 89Nm of peak torque. All mentioned prices are ex-showroom.

Maruti Suzuki S-Presso

The Maruti Suzuki S-Presso checks all the necessary boxes if you're looking for a tall-boy hatchback that won't break the bank. Passengers taller than six feet may sit comfortably in the vehicle because of its tall stance. With a 5-speed AMT and the same 1-litre engine as the Alto K10, the S-Presso boasts the same power output. The carmaker claims that it delivers 25.30km/l. More than eleven safety features are included with the S-Presso, such as dual airbags, ABS with EBD, advanced hill hold assist, and ESP. The ex-showroom price of the 5-seater hatchback ranges from Rs 4.26 lakh to Rs 6.12 lakh. 

Renault Kwid

The Renault Kwid, a well-liked low-cost hatchback with an AMT transmission, is the next car on the list. With a starting price of Rs 6.12 lakh, the Kwid 1.0 RXT AMT model has a mileage of 22.3km/l. The Kwid Climber AMT is priced higher than the RXT AMT, at Rs 6.33 lakh. Finally, the Kwid Urban Night Edition AMT, priced at Rs 6.39 lakh, is the third model in the AMT series. The Kwid AMT is available in all models with a 999cc petrol engine producing 67bhp of peak power and 91Nm of maximum torque. Prices are ex-showroom. 

Maruti Suzuki Celerio

In 2021, Maruti Suzuki introduced the current Celerio model. The hatchback's 66bhp and 89Nm naturally aspirated 3-cylinder engine is the same as that of the S-Presso and the Alto K10. The firm offers 26km/l when paired with a 5-speed AMT. Keyless entry, electrically adjustable mirrors, a reverse parking camera, push-button start-stop, steering-mounted controls, and a smart play 7-inch infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are among the features of the Celerio. The base variant of the Maruti Suzuki Celerio costs Rs 5.37 lakh, while the top-spec model costs Rs 7.15 lakh. Both prices are ex-showroom.

Since its launch in India back in 1999, the WagonR has been an enormous success. The current version shares the same 1-litre engine as the Celerio and is offered with a 5-speed AMT. It is propelled by a 1.2-litre, three-cylinder petrol engine with 113Nm of torque and 84bhp. ABS, dual airbags, and corner stability control are among the equipment that comes standard on the Tiago XTA AMT. It also has a sturdy frame.
