Hyundai Exter SUV Gets the LEGO Treatment, Unveils Asia's Largest Outdoor Brick Installation in Gurugram

Hyundai Motor India has unveiled the largest outdoor LEGO installation in the country, built for the Exter SUV. In order to engage audiences and highlight the SUV's distinctive brand positioning, the display will remain here from August 19 to September 17. The Exter billboard, made out of 3,02,406 LEGO bricks, was finished in just four days. The outdoor installation has been awarded the title of 'Largest hoarding made using LEGO bricks' by both the Asia Book of Records and the India Book of Records. A total of 28 professional LEGO artists and Adult Fans of LEGO (AFOLs) were recruited to contribute a collective effort of more than 1,200 hours towards the creation of this Lego outdoor installation. 

Hyundai Exter LEGO Bricks Installation: Details

The installation focuses on the Hyundai EXTER, which according to the company represents modernity and exploration. Brand messaging "Think outside. Think EXTER" captures the spirit of adventure and curiosity that characterises this affordable SUV. In addition, the EXTER is one of the top performers in its class thanks to its creative styling, innovative technology, and sophisticated safety features. The display disrupts standard methods of advertising by providing an unconventional setting in which potential buyers may engage with the Hyundai EXTER. In addition, the installation serves as a visual representation of Hyundai's slogan, which is "Think Beyond."

There are 28 talented LEGO artists and AFOLs who worked together to create this extraordinary LEGO bricks installation. Their passion and imagination are on full display throughout the more than 1200 hours they put into creating this incredible work of art. Not only is this structure the largest hoarding ever built entirely out of LEGO bricks, but it also holds the record for "Largest Hoarding made using LEGO Bricks" in both the Asia Book of Records and the India Book of Records.

From August 19th to September 17th, 2023, the Hyundai EXTER LEGO bricks outdoor installation will be on display at Cyberhub, Gurugram. In addition to being aesthetically pleasing, this installation exemplifies Hyundai's commitment to exploring new creative territory.

Hyundai Exter Booking

In India, the Exter SUV received more than 50,000 bookings in the month of August, according to Hyundai. In less than a month after its launch in our market, the number of bookings skyrocketed from 10,000 to 50,000. More than a third of orders for this model, according to the South Korean automaker, are for the automatic versions. The pricing range for the brand-new Exter commences at Rs 5.99 lakh (ex-showroom) and extends to Rs 9.32 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Tata Punch SUV is a prominent contender against the Hyundai Exter in the Indian automotive market. There are seven distinct variants available for buyers to choose from, namely EX, EX(O), S, S(O), SX, SX(O), and SX(O) Connect. There is a standard 3-year (unlimited kilometre) warranty on the Exter, and a longer 7-year warranty is available for purchase. There are a total of nine exterior colour options for the micro SUV, including six single-tone colours and three dual-tone combos.
