It’s no secret that the development of the India’s first world-class racing track, the Buddh International Circuit (BIC), is a towering achievement made possible by the resolve and determination of the Jaypee Group. Working against all odds, in a country where interest in motorsports was limited, the Group went out on a limb to develop a facility that is comparable with the best in the world.

And this isn’t just national pride talking, this is the view of the FIA who have honoured the Jaypee Group with the ‘Best F1 Race Promoter’ award for two consecutive years, while Farhan Vohra, Race Operations in Charge, was named ‘Best Clerk of the Course’ in 2012.

To commemorate this success, the BIC has released a limited edition coffee table book titled No Dream Too Big. The book looks back at the story behind the project, right from the inception of the idea to the actual execution of the first race – chronicling everything from the laying of the foundation stone to the glitz and glamour of the inaugural Grand Prix weekend. With some very unique photographs, the book provides some insight into the mammoth task of constructing this incredible facility, and thereafter hosting the first Indian F1 Grand Prix.

The book is a must have for any ardent Indian F1 fan, and is available for purchase through Flipkart.com.
