It is with profound regret that we write this obituary for a man whom we admired very much. If you ever met Karl Slym, you would be instantly drawn to his charisma and friendly smile. Karl was unlike the typical corporate CEO. He was approachable and had a great sense of humour. He also had a love for India that was clearly apparent.
The strong Tata Motors display at the Auto Expo was the perfect tribute to him. We express our sincere condolences to his wife, family, and team at Tata Motors. He will be missed.
