The visor is slightly sculpted but boxy, while the front fender is full-sized and boasts amber reflectors on both sides.

The side profile flaunts a sturdy metallic leg guard and a sleek fuel tank design with graphics.  The side panel also exhibits graphics along with the model emblem. This Hero two-wheeler further showcases a single-seat design, a pillion grab bar, and a small carrier to carry the luggage. The cone-shaped exhaust pipe sports a metallic cover that enhances the beauty of the bike. In the rear, it features a wide rectangular taillight, blinkers, reflector, and brand lettering above the tail lamp.

The Splendor new model comes equipped with an analogue instrument cluster that houses the speedometer, tachometer, odometer, and fuel gauge. The headlamp and the taillamp both miss out on LEDs. It has features like self-start, alloy wheels, and an integrated braking system (IBS). The IBS works similarly to the CBS, helping with the brake force on both wheels by depressing only one lever. This enhances the safety of the rider.
