Before its official launch, the images of the upcoming Honda CB350 Cafe Racer have surfaced online from its BigWing dealer event show. Reportedly, the new CB350 Cafe Racer is going to be launched next month (March 2) in the Indian market. If we go by the latest images, the new CB-series bike shares its underpinnings with the Honda CB350 H’Ness. The Cafe Racer will be the third model in the brand's 350cc range, after the CB350 and the CB350 RS. According to the company, the new model will help boost sales in the line-up and provide more options to the customers. The upcoming Cafe Racer - likely to be called by this name - will have a neo-retro look with a bikini fairing at the front, along with a small visor on top.

The Honda CB350 Cafe Racer will also feature a teardrop-shaped fuel tank, Cafe Racer-styled single seat, semi-digital instrument cluster, an all-LED setup, revised headlamp cowl, black alloys, black engine with chrome Honda logo. Furthermore, it will also get a smartphone charging USB port.

As for the engine, the brand's 350cc Cafer Racer will expectedly be powered by the same 348cc, single-cylinder engine as that of the H’Ness CB350. Mated to a 5-speed transmission, the engine is anticipated to produce 20.8bhp at 5,500rpm and 30Nm of peak torque at 3,000rpm.

Likewise, the new Cafe Racer will also borrow a number of other components from the CB350 model, including assist and slipper clutch, dual-channel ABS setup, Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), and Honda Smartphone Voice Control System (HSVCS). This will, presumably, help the company to reduce significant costs and improve production efficiency.

Also, on offer are touring accessories like knuckle guards, a front visor, saddle stays, a pillion backrest, and an engine guard. Possibly, the 350cc Cafer Racer could also have the same instrument console that displays average mileage, real-time mileage, gear position indicator, battery voltage, and so on.
