Honda has sure turned the tables on the concept of a minivan. Its latest attempt at a cool minivan is the Concept M. At the Shanghai Motorshow the Honda Concept M looks just like a minivan which at any minute can change itself into one of Michael Bay's many Transformer robots.

Among the few things that grab your attention are the two sets of air intakes on the side, the unusual two-tiered front grille and the swoopy design of the car. Designed in Japan, the Concept M is made specifically for Chinese markets and Honda says that it will bring a production version of this minivan by 2014.

Honda hasn’t revealed any details yet other than saying that the Concept M ‘offers the attributes of a passenger car while adding new value through the realization of a comfortable and spacious cabin space’
