Top SUVs sold in October, Tata Nexon takes the lead!
A lot of Indian carmakers got rich this October, and all credit goes to the increasing number of SUV models sold in the month. The whopping sales made in this segment have also helped many carmakers in strengthening their market position.

Tata Nexon
The Nexon is back on the top after losing the position to Brezza a few months ago. A hike of more than 20% in sales has been noted from the last year in October as 13,767 units got sold in the marketplace.
Hyundai Creta
The Hyundai Creta has maintained its hold among the top 5 SUVs sold in India as the Korean carmaker dispatched 11,880 units last month. Although, it was slightly down compared to the sales in September 2022 (12,866 units).
Tata Punch
The Tata Punch is continuing to maintain its position secured amidst the most popular models. In the festive month, the Punch retained its name in the list of top SUVs in India with 10,982 units sold in the market. However, in the month of September, the figure was 12,251 units.
Maruti Brezza
The updated Brezza, which enjoyed the top position in the months of August and September, has seen a drop in the month of October. In the festive month, Maruti managed to deliver only 9,941 units, which is comparatively lesser than the previous month's 15,445 units.
Kia Seltos
Owning the crown of the second best-selling mid-size compact SUV in India, the Kia Seltos continues to rule the sales chart along with its Hyundai twin. The Seltos registered a sales figure of 9,777 units in October. The company, however, had sold 15,445 units in the month prior.
