Nissan Motor Company has reported selling more than 10 lakh electric vehicles across the globe. In the North American market, Nissan sold 2.10 lakh EVs, while the rest 10,000 were delivered to other regions of the world. The best-selling electric vehicle, the Leaf, has been on sale since it made its public appearance in December 2010.
