As we approach the final two races of the season, Francesco Bagnaia of Ducati holds a commanding 14-point lead in the championship over his Pramac counterpart Jorge Martin. The title race has now narrowed down to these two riders, as Marco Bezzecchi exited contention in Malaysia last weekend. Bagnaia, with a 13-point advantage over Martin, can secure the championship if he leaves Qatar with a substantial 37-point lead. Meanwhile, Bezzecchi looks poised to secure third place, holding a comfortable 69-point lead over Brad Binder of Red Bull KTM. For Bagnaia to clinch the championship, he must outscore Binder by at least 23 points. In the event that Martin fails to score, a victory in the main race would be sufficient for the reigning champion.
