Bajaj brought in the 2019 iteration of the Dominar 400 at Rs 1.74 lakh (ex-showroom) in April. The price was marginally revised in May and now it gets a substiantial price hike of over Rs 6,000.

The 2019 Bajaj Dominar gets a raft of updates including a more powerful engine, USD front fork, new instrumentation, new colours and more. Customer deliveries of the new model will commence on April 15.

The updates come in the form of three all-new shades - Rock Matte Black, Canyon Red and Glacier Blue. Also, the sport cruiser will now feature contrasting Gold Dust alloy wheels, as opposed to the black ones offered on the 2017 model.

Late last year, Bajaj introduced its highest displacement motorcycle ever in the shape of the Bajaja Dominar 400. Launched at a phenomenal price of Rs 1.36 lakh for the non-ABS version and Rs 1.50 lakh for the ABS trim, the Dominar undercut its sibling KTM 390 Duke by quite a margin.

Here’s a good piece of news for those of you who're waiting impatiently for the Bajaj Dominar 400. The customer deliveries for Bajaj’s flagship motorcycle have finally begun, starting January 10, 2017 across 22 major cities.

Bajaj first announced its interest in the 400cc thereabouts segment at the 2014 Auto Expo where they officially showcased two concepts – the RS400 and the CS400. Since then there has been a lot of talk about their official debut in the said space.

More than two years and one too many name changes later, Bajaj’s biggest capacity motorcycle has finally gone on sale in India. Billed as the Dominar 400, the sub-400cc motorcycle carries an impressive price-tag of Rs 1.36 lakh and Rs 1.50 lakh.
