The Royal Enfield Café Racer is all set to be launched next month in London. The RE Café Racer has been the most anticipated motorcycle from the legendary bike maker as it will be the most powerful and most advanced RE bike ever.

We have only seen the prototype version that has been shown at various venues throughout the globe, but now RE has confirmed the production model is ready for launch and its global unveiling will take place next month in London Ace Café – the home of the Café Racer.

The bike looks very retro and handsome, with a brand new tubular steel dual cradle frame that comes with a pair of new telescopic front suspension at the front and a pair of Paioli shocks at the rear. There are also front and rear disc brakes, wire-spoked wheels and a set of Pirelli tyres. The fuel tank is inspired from the 60s and then there is the low set handle bars that can also be adjusted. There will also be an option of a single or dual seat.

The bike uses a 535cc single cylinder engine that can produce around 36bhp and 45Nm of torque, making it the most powerful Royal Enfield. The Café Racer will be priced above Rs 2 lakh, which means that it will most likely compete with the Honda CBR250 and the new KTM Duke 390, as well as the new Pulsar that is also expected to be launched soon.
