Royal Enfield has launched 'Reown', the brand's used bike programme, in the country. This means that now you will be able to sell or buy a pre-owned Royal Enfield motorcycle, and exchange any existing motorcycle of any brand to upgrade to a Royal Enfield. Note that this applies to both existing and prospective customers.

Royal Enfield 'Reown', the business programme offering a wide range and array of pre-owned Royal Enfields, is designed to provide easier access to ownership and upgrading while ensuring trust, convenience, and complete assurance for customers. Adding to this, this initiative is said to guarantee fair pricing and hassle-free documentation for those looking to sell or buy a pre-owned Royal Enfield motorcycle. The bikemaker currently offers this programme in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, and Chennai.

Royal Enfield Reown: How this Works?

Customers can have access to Reown through both an offline and an online medium, enabling them to buy, sell, or exchange their existing motorcycles. A dedicated relationship manager assigned by Royal Enfield assists customers through that process, ensuring a seamless experience.

For those looking to sell their Royal Enfields, an online application can be filed to book an inspection for their old models. All pre-owned Royal Enfield motorcycles listed on Reown undergo over 200 technical and mechanical checks, and are refurbished with genuine motorcycle parts at authorised Royal Enfield service centres. This initiative rewards customers with Genuine Motorcycle Accessories worth up to Rs 5,000 for selling their bikes using Reown. These accessories can be availed on their next Royal Enfield motorcycle purchase. Additionally, pre-owned motorcycles purchased via Reown come with a warranty and two free services.

To deliver an enhanced customer experience, the global leader in the mid-size motorcycle segment has collaborated with HDFC and IDFC banks for attractive finance options, Adroit Auto for doorstep motorcycle evaluation, Shriram Group to facilitate upgrades from other two-wheeler brands, as well as OLX for easy discovery of and accessibility to certified pre-owned Royal Enfield motorcycles.

Royal Enfield Reown: What the Company Has to Say?

B Govindarajan, CEO, Royal Enfield, said, "We see Reown as an initiative to address the issue of accessibility and trust that customers have when purchasing pre-owned Royal Enfield motorcycles. With our wide retail network, and an even wider ecosystem of Enfield collectors and workshops, we have the ability to bring together an array of pre-owned Royal Enfield motorcycles to aspiring riders, ensure thorough checks on the motorcycle for quality, and to guarantee assurance by the brand. We believe this initiative will usher in a new set of customers into Royal Enfield’s class-leading motorcycle line-up, and into our world of Pure Motorcycling."
