Yamaha Saluto introduced with matte green colour

The Yamaha Saluto has been introduced in India with a Matte Green colour paint scheme and will be available with disc and drum brake options. Yamaha has introduced an all new colour for their 125cc Saluto commuter two wheeler in India.

The Yamaha Saluto has been introduced in India with a Matte Green colour paint scheme and will be available with disc and drum brake options.

Yamaha has introduced an all new colour for their 125cc Saluto commuter two wheeler in India. The Saluto will now get a Matte Green colour option that will be available with drum brakes and disc brake options. The drum brake option with the matte green colour scheme is priced at Rs. 53,600/- and the disc brake variant is priced at Rs. 56,100/-, both prices are ex-showroom Delhi.

The Saluto has a 125cc, air-cooled, 4-stroke, SOHC, 2 valvle single cylinder engine that develops 8.1hp and 10.1 Nm of torque. Weighing only 113 kilograms, the Yamaha Saluto is the lightest bike in the segment which helps it attain a claimed mileage of 78km/l. the Saluto’s 125cc engine is a product of Yamaha’s Blue Core Engine Development ideal.

Based on a diamond frame chassis, the Saluto has telescopic front suspension and a swingarm with dual spring suspension in the rear. The bike rides on 80/100-18 front and rear tubeless tyres.

Yamaha has has revealed the new Matte Green colour for the Saluto ahead of the festive season, but the bike will only be available in Yamaha dealers across the country in another week’s time.
