Fiat Group Automobiles India Private Limited(FGAIPL) inaugurated its first state-of-the-art training centre at Ranjangaon, Pune. The U-Netversity, Fiat’s global training school, will conduct and oversee the training program that  will be responsible to train about 50 personnel in a single day. Fiats Ranjangaon plant will be home to 3 classrooms with AV support and training instructors from Fiat, Italy and Chrysler, USA who will help the technicians and employees there get first hand experience about the development of the groups’ products in global markets.

FiatIndianeeds highly skilled and trained manpower and by moulding their employees here to global standards, they are ensuring that Indians at par with the other markets. With the Grand Cherokee entering the market soon and Fiat planning to add some more cars to their current line-up of two, this training will enhance the knowledge and expertise of both - the technicians and the employees.
