Tata Motors is generating a lot of excitement in the Indian SUV industry with the anticipated launch of the Harrier and the Safari SUVs. The automaker recently released a teaser showcasing some of the exterior design details of the Harrier. Now, the company has once again caught the attention of the segment by revealing a fresh teaser that offers a glimpse of the SUV's interior. The upcoming Safari is expected to be similar to the Harrier Facelift from the inside. As shown in the teaser, the new Harrier will feature a larger touchscreen infotainment system, most likely the 12.5-inch one found on the recently introduced Tata Nexon EV Facelift. It will also have an all-digital instrument cluster and a two-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo. Tata Harrier Facelift Interior: What's More?
The forthcoming Tata Harrier will come equipped with a broad spectrum of features in addition to those stated above. Among these are perhaps touch-activated HVAC controls, a reworked centre console with an all-new gear lever, ambient lighting, an auto-dimming IRVM, automatic climate control, and a 360-degree camera. It is anticipated that the domestic carmaker will also offer ADAS technology with the all-new model.
Tata Harrier Facelift: Powertrain
Tata Motors hasn't provided the details on the new Harrier's powertrain, but it is anticipated that the SUV will continue to be propelled by a 2.0-litre Kryotec diesel engine coupled with a six-speed manual or an automated torque converter unit. According to many industry reports, the lineup could soon include a new 1.5-litre turbo-petrol mill.

Tata Harrier Facelift: Bookings and India Launch
Official bookings for the Harrier SUV will begin on October 6, although the Indian automaker hasn't announced the launch date. Industry reports suggest that the vehicle may launch in India during the festival season. Upon the market introduction, the revamped Harrier will face off against the Hyundai Creta, the Kia Seltos, and others. More specific details about the updated SUV are expected to be revealed soon.
