The two-wheeler manufacturer, Royal Enfield, has revealed its sales figures for the previous month and declared a significant year-over-year gain. The company sold 73,117 units in July 2023 as opposed to 55,555 vehicles during the same period in 2022, which gave it a YoY gain of 32%. Domestically, it shipped 66,062 units in the last month, registering a 42% increase over the 46,529 vehicles it delivered at the same time last year. However, the corporation only sold 7,055 two-wheelers in the global market in the previous month, which is a de-growth of 1,971 units from the 9,026 vehicles dispatched in the same period in 2022. This led the firm to experience a year-on-year drop of 22% drop in exports.

Royal Enfield June 2023 Sales
The prominent two-wheeler firm recorded a considerable 26% rise year-over-year in its overall sales at 77,109 units. Even though its export numbers dropped significantly to 14%, with only 9,614 units reaching abroad, the automaker's domestic figures grew substantially by 34%. Aside from this, the company posted its best-ever performance in the first quarter of the financial year 2023-24, attaining a growth of around 22% over the same time in the last fiscal.
Royal Enfield Hunter 350 Sales Milestone
At the end of July 2023, the automaker revealed that the Hunter 350 motorcycle obtained a significant sales milestone, with over two lakh units of the two-wheeler sold in the country. According to the two-wheeler firm, the vehicle crossed 1 lakh unit sales in February 2023 and an additional one lakh in the period of the following five months. Mechanically, the motorcycle rides on a 349cc air/oil-cooled engine, which generates 20.2bhp at 6,100rpm and 27Nm at 4,000rpm. For transmission, it gets a five-speed gearbox.

The Hunter 350 has a teardrop-shaped fuel tank, a round headlight, an instrument console, a short exhaust, and grab rails. Furthermore, you can customize your ride with crash guards, a passenger backrest, bar-end mirrors, and various seat options. In the sub-500cc market segment in India, the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 faces competition from various motorcycles such as the TVS Ronin, Jawa 42, and Honda H'ness CB350.
