Nissan is offering significant discounts on the Magnite SUV this June, with benefits reaching up to Rs 1.25 lakh depending on the variant and location. The most generous deals are reserved for the 2024 Turbo Tekna+ variant. Even the latest 2025 models are being offered with price cuts of up to Rs 80,000. These benefits consist of a mix of cash incentives, exchange bonuses, and corporate perks, focused on turbo and AMT configurations.
To clear leftover stock, dealers are providing steeper reductions on 2024 units, while 2025 models carry more routine offers, starting from Rs 50,000 for entry-level AMT trims and reaching Rs 80,000 for fully loaded versions. Turbocharged CVT variants like the Tekna and Tekna+ are eligible for discounts ranging between Rs 70,000 and Rs 90,000.

Similarly, mid-spec versions such as the Acenta AMT and N-Connecta AMT are seeing reductions in the Rs 75,000–Rs 80,000 range across both model years. In contrast, base trims like the Visia and Visia+ attract smaller savings – up to Rs 55,000 for 2025 models, with no listed benefits on MY2024, likely due to limited inventory or sustained buyer interest.
The Nissan Magnite is available with two versions of a 1.0-litre, three-cylinder petrol engine, each catering to different driving preferences. The first is a naturally aspirated (NA) motor that puts out 71bhp and 96Nm of torque, while the second is a turbocharged variant offering a punchier 99bhp and 160Nm. Both engine options come with a 5-speed manual transmission. The NA version also gets an optional AMT, whereas the turbo model can be paired with a CVT. According to the brand, the manual variant can achieve up to 20km/l in fuel efficiency, while the CVT-equipped version delivers approximately 17.4km/l.
To offer greater versatility, Nissan has introduced a company-authorised CNG kit developed in partnership with Motozen. Covered by a 3-year/1 lakh km warranty, this kit includes a 12-kg single-cylinder tank installed at dealerships. Despite the added component, Nissan assures that the boot remains usable, large enough to accommodate two suitcases and a few smaller bags. The SUV’s suspension has also been updated to handle the extra weight, ensuring that everyday driving comfort isn’t compromised.
The interior of the Magnite offers a tech-savvy and well-equipped space. Key features include an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, USB Type-C ports for fast charging, a 7-inch fully digital instrument cluster with sharper graphics, push-button start, and automatic climate control. That said, a sunroof is still not part of the equipment list.
On the safety side, the Magnite scores well with a host of standard features: six airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC), ISOFIX mounts, ABS with EBD, traction control, Hill Start Assist, Hydraulic Brake Assist, emergency braking signals, tyre pressure monitoring, and a strengthened body shell.

Priced from Rs 6.14 lakh, the Nissan Magnite’s top-end variant goes up to Rs 11.76 lakh (ex-showroom). With 24 different versions available, the lineup provides buyers with extensive options. A CNG-equipped model is also part of the range and comes with an automatic gearbox, though this may result in a modest increase in price. In India’s sub-4-metre SUV segment, the Magnite squares off against the likes of the Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Tata Nexon, Maruti Fronx, and Mahindra XUV 3XO.
