Festive cheer and recent tax cuts have significantly boosted sales for many OEMs. Royal Enfield has emerged as a key beneficiary, with over 2.49 lakh motorcycles sold during September–October, a 26% YoY growth. In October 2025, the company sold 1.25 lakh units, up from 1.11 lakh units sold in the same month last year – a 13% increase. Domestic sales grew by 15%, reaching 1.17 lakh units, while exports declined by 7% to 8,107 units. For comparison, Royal Enfield had sold 1.02 lakh units domestically and 8,688 units internationally in October 2024.
Commenting about the performance for October 2025, B. Govindarajan, Managing Director - Eicher Motors Ltd. and Chief Executive Officer Royal Enfield, said, 'This festive period has been truly special for all of us at Royal Enfield, as the festive spirit translated into an overwhelming response from customers across the country. Royal Enfield continues to post strong growth across its segments. Domestic sales reached 6.38 lakh units, up 24% from 5.13 lakh units in the same period last year. Meanwhile, exports climbed 49% to 78,528 units from 52,625 units sold in October 2024.

Overall, the company sold 7.17 lakh units year-to-date, marking a 27% increase compared to 5.65 lakh units during the same period last year.
